How Do You Shout Across Servers?

I see people everyday shouting across servers, but how do you do it yourself? I tried /shout but it didn't work, and I also browsed the /help menu and the Help page on the Wynncraft website and found nothing. Can someone tell me the command for doing it?

1. This goes in the Questions section of the forums, as previously stated by other members.
2. You can buy world and global shouts in the GC Store, accessible with the command /store. In other words, you must spend money (or win some kind of official WC contest that gives out GC) to shout; there is no simple command to do so.
