    Powders are currently disabled, the developers are working on making powders compatible with the gavel update.

    The only reason Green Powder "works" right now is because of the Creeper Infiltration Quest that requires it to build a Creeper Mask. I'm not sure how to finish this quest without getting Green Powder from other accounts. Although, I think that's the reason the buffs still show up for that particular powder.
