no, strengh is for warrior

Inteligence to have a small mana regen.
Agility is for scout class, so for archer

 

And what about dexterity and defense?? Can you say like if you have 200 skill points from Lvl 100 what is best way to place them for archer. Say how much for each skill point plz.

Chose something that fits your playstyle. Not everyone likes the same points in each place. There are multiple builds you can find if you search through the "wynncraft" area of the forums. Or modify an existing one.

 

I have lv 67 legendary boots (stalagmites) and a lv 70 legendary bow (maelstrom) 3le each

 

Search up Wynncraft Endgame Builds. I'm not sure whether you have enough for mythics or not but those are mostly mythic builds. I personally think AZ and Freedom builds are the best but it depends on your playstyle. Try Az if you enjoy crits and bursts of damage (high dex build) or Freedom if you like hybrid (like an improved maelstrom kinda) or Stratiformis/RtE/Gales Force if you like running really fast, you could be faster than a white horse (agility build, dodge everything ^^) there is also Ignis and Spring builds which I do not know too much about, ignis is a tankyfire/ defense orientated build and spring is a spammy intelligence water build.

This is really up to how you play the game
Strength is for increased base damage, Also increases thorns, melee damage, Poison, etc. [I think lifesteal?]
Defence is for increased base defence, has walk speed penalties but overall higher HP, good for tanks [but not archer]
Intelligence is for decreased mana cost for spells, increases Reflection and mana regen etc
Agility is for increased dodge rate, which means you have a chance to receive 0% damage on a hit. also increases Walk Speed, good for archers
Dexterity is for increased Crit chance, a chance to do 200% damage. [I forgot bonus stats] but definitely use Dex over Str if you're going Archer.
Important Note: STR and DEX don't stack.

I'd probably say thunder bow to be honest. Depending on your level, there are various thunder bows out there. Skin Piercer, Thunderbolt, Az, Spiritshock etc.
