Why Can’t I Join A Server?

I have been having trouble joining servers for about the past week for some reason. I have 1.9 installed and I can join the server just fine but it seems that when I get to the hub it doesn’t allow me to connect to one of the wynncraft mmorpg servers. The selector menu pops up and then I select a server and the windows closes but I am unable to connect to one of the servers. The time Right now is 7:50pm pacific time. Please help I tried all the things that the devs and the previous people with connection errors got their fix but none of them seem to work I love this server but I may just have to move to a different game entirely

 

This is called the fallback server. I'm not quite sure why it happens, probably to reduce lobby lag or something, but logging out and coming back in about 15 minutes later usually works.

You are definitely stuck on a fallback server. Your only way around it is to log off, wait 2-5 minutes or so, so that the server "forgets" that you were logged in, and then log back in. Sometimes, it's taken me 30min or so to get in to a server, so don't feel too bad. Sometimes, I get to the main server immediately after leaving the fallback server. You can also try play.wynncraft.net or play.winncraft.org, instead of .com. That seems to work fairly well, also. Getting to the fallback server is an error that, AFAIK, should not really happen; you should just be sent to a different lobby, is my understanding, but I may be wrong. The admins are aware of the problem, and they are working on it so just bear with it, it will get fixed.

I really can't do anything to help. All I can recommend is that you try relogging every 5 minutes until you get out of it.

You are only having fallback issuse but look at me! Every 5 min I lost connection to the server!!! EVERY 5 F*CKING MIN

 

First, Jumla has asked, politely, that that line of jokes stop, please.
Second, I've been through bouts of that, and it is as frustrating as can be, also, you aren't the first person that I've seen report this in the past two days, so it's not just you; it's not your pc. It might be your connection, that is, your ISP, or their route to the servers, but I have no idea.
