    It's not really good or really bad by any means. It's just a simple little application distributed onto Microsoft computers for the purpose of creating good, simple drawings with an easy-to-use interface. Now, for more professional computer drawing, there's better out there, such as Paint Tool SAI.
    (But folks have created great things with MSPaint. Just ask Zahr'ghûl.)
