First off, close to nobody would pay more than 10 le for a jester.

Second, where's a screenshot of it?

 

Why do you need a screenshot? It's stats are in the title :P second, because it is 1 off max both loot and xp it could actually go that high.

 

For the rest of the stats, and from all the hours of searching I've gone through, the most I've seen bidden on and sold for a max 33% jester ring was 15 le and some change, not 25.
