Good defense my ass, my grandma with polio could defend her self better than my level 92 assassin. Also if you really think assassin has the highest damage in the game, then please reasses your IQ.

 

How is assassin #2 for damage, and mage #4? That is the order of base attack, but mage has a spell which deals 400% damage, the highest of any spell and vanish just uses a metric crapton of mana. I think these should be the orders of damage. #1, Archer, #2. Mage. #3, Assassin and #4, Warrior.

I agree that Mage isn't #4 in this ranking but Assassin isn't bad at all.

Mage has the weakest base attack, archer has the strongest, but mage also has a spell which deals 400% damage and to scale with that, I think archer's best spell deals around 250% damage because archer's weapons deal way more damage, and example is a comparison between Fatal and Az, Az does way higher DPS, but you might miss shots with that but can cap out at dealing only 250% damage per hit, mage has way lower base attack but can deal 400% damage in 1 hit. The two spells I compared were Meteor and Bomb Arrow.

 

How do you judge a class's defense? Aren't they all the same stat-wise? You say archer is a glass cannon yet it has arrowshield to prevent anything from getting near and escape to blind enemies.

And how is archer BAD at fighting bosses in tight spaces? Arrow Shield, or even simply spamming arrow storm into a corner works.

there are different base stats for all the classes, archer has the lowest base defense and a high base damage thus making it a glass cannon.

 

Can someone test this by sending a lv 1 archer and a lv 1 warrior, no armor to a zombie and seeing how much dmg they take on average? Huh.

In old wynn, Archer had -20% Defence. That is the only stat from old wynn I remember. no idea what it is now
