Two Towers?

I was looking through the item guide, trying to find a decent spell damage helmet, when I came across this:

It requires the completion of the Two Towers quest, which I don't recall ever existing. But nonetheless, I thought it may be a quest that I've missed, as I havent done a bunch of the lv 70-80 quests. I check my quest book, and it isn't there. So, I immediately go here, and enter 'Two Towers' into the search bar. I don't find anything.


So, what is this?

 

Two Towers was an old scrapped quest, because of this the item actually isn't obtainable.

 

I believe its an old scrapped quest... Hints to it being near Cinfras is the 2 towers and a destoried village between them and on the Live Stream Grian confirmed that there would be a quest there, but let us hope it will play some sort the role in future quests

 

Don't forget that there also is a wand named "default"

 

There still better be a new quest about those towers, or at least some lore about them.

 

RIP That quest. Sounds interesting, and Destruction seems pretty powerful.

 

Also, there is one ring that needs you to do "Troubling events" quest, which does not exist (yet i guess)

 

Scrapped quest, as every other person has said.

What nobody else seems to have mentioned, though, is that it was left in not just to fill space, but to add to the mystery of Gavel and the Lore, and to give Gavel a real sense of history.

The two towers were also mentioned by the Tree Guardian guy who's as old as the forest.

 

I found a person beneath the huge Ogre camp that didn't want to talk to me :L

 

Either that, or the staff forgot to remove it from the item guide.

 

Why would buildings be in an Item Guide

Don't forget that there's an item named "Suicide" which required the completion of "Two Towers"......
