Buying Buying Fierce Thunder Spear

I have searched for a long time trying to find this legendary weapon. This spear is called Fierce Thunder and I have been searching for it for a while but was unsuccessful. I searched in the abandoned mines for tier IV chests and in the lion's den. I leveled up five times from continuously killing mobs. I guess I am tired of looking and if anyone has this weapon, I am willing to pay up to 40 EB in Detlas. This spear will help aid me in the quest I am stuck on: The Cockatrice.
