    So I was looking around in some of my classes and I came across these

    I am wondering what these are- if they are rare or not, and possibly the price of them if they are rare.

    These were from the roadside Potion Merchant next to the Emerald Trail. They were the worst healing potions in the game, and technically still are. They are currently unobtainable, to my knowledge.

    No, the ones sold at ragni are just called Potion of Healing.
