    I'm pretty sure there's a Water Bottle Merchant right outside of Ragni, near Ragni's Wheat Merchant.

    Either grind mobs in the desert (they'll drop water bottles as junk loot) or buy some from Ragni, I'm pretty sure they only cost an emerald each.

    There is a water bottle merchant on the left side when you come out of the king's castle in Ragni. Mobs drop glass bottles near Ragni too.
