Reason People Leave Wynncraft

1.Too many particles that make most of wynn player lag
2.lag
3.glitch

Edit: I was all "ohmy 10 likes woah" and now it has around 30 likes o.o welp

People leave Wynn mostly of boredom, IRL problems, etc.
These all sound like things that are making your Wynncraft experience not so fun, and trust me, the content team are trying their absolute hardest to fix these things and make your experience better, for free!

spend some money on a real computer and not a toaster

 

Honestly, you shouldn't really leave just because of lag. In fact that's a lot less of an issue than those who leave because of something like irl issues with school for example.

 

Get Optifine or a better computer that can handle the particles.

Just because you lag, doesn't mean you should leave. You should try fix the problem. "Quitting" shouldn't be a first solution to a temporary problem (e.g lag, bugs). The only reason people quit wynn is that they have IRL problems or are just bored (as stated by @Rujala and @Bippy Dippy )

Wanna know the real reason why people leave?

Grinding.

 

Real reason behind this, is they simply hate wynncraft and put random accusations ^^ simple!

 

Because they need to go to toilet/mom is angry.

 

The reason why people quit is cause they don't friggin learn that AFKing is DANGEROUS...

Aaaand they get killed a bunch, losing all their items and eventually quitting the game.

Seriously though, to this day, people still a haven't learnt a lesson about AFKing.

Actually good reasons for quitting:

1. Excessive grinding between levels with no good exp-giving quests *cough* level 40-50 pre-gavel *cough*
2. IRL problems (NO WE ARE NOT ROBOTS O_O WE HAVE LIVES)
3. People die and lose their stuff, then rage quit
4. The game can become pretty boring after a while

 

Everyone here who said "optifine" as a fix for "lag", what if he meant server/internet lag? That can get pretty bad too. (Well I mean you could just change servers, but .... idk)

 

Maybe its because we arent releasing updates that often, which causes people to lose interest and then subsequently quit.

Keep in mind we are working our asses off to make new content for everyone. (Not really, since grain isnt here to force us to work) But keep in mind that this speed is the fastest we can go. We're not like Mineplex, because quality over quantity.

 

It simply doesn't interest me.

Well typically here's what happens:
Person A leaves because of IRL reason
Person B leaves because of loss of interest
Person C was friends with A and B and leaves because feels lonely
Person D sees all these people leaving and gets a feeling that Wynn is dying and leaves

It's completely natural for servers to lose players over time, especially one like Wynncraft where you can actually complete the game. However, usually this is balanced by new players joining in. Personally I've been staying away from Wynncraft recently because of personal reasons which include people conflict and the fact that my staff application was never given a response after waiting months. A big part of a server is the people there so players that aren't comfortable with the community also tend to leave.
