    I need the Blue Powder II for the Temple of Legends Quest, and I've been searching around for it but I have no idea where it might be. Does anyone know the location? Because I can't move on in the quest until I get the powder.

    It is outside at the left of Lusuco (the small town near the Tower of Ascension),just head further and you will see the Relic.

    heh. Thats the first powder relic i found, and its a decent challenge for you? Ehhhhh, it was a challenge for me finding the green powder 1 relic, so i guess i have for embarrasing things.. :/

    Try to get close to it and spam click it, the relics are harder to pick up than they used to be. Usually it works after a bit

    Currently you can not obtain powders through relics.

    I had to get it using my potion slot for some reason. Ive got the relic now, thank you guys a lot!

    Really? I have never been able to since Gavel.

    Yes you can, you can't pick up Gavel powders yet, but the old Wynn ones still work. They're just harder to pick up for some reason
