    There is an island about 1000 blocks east of selchar. on its north side, there is a cave which contains 2 tier 3 chests, which have stuff that are really good. enjoy!!! :D

    or you can make a trip from cinfras to a cave with an extremely easy tier 4 chest

    There are two types of loot chest, those that are based on the player's level and those that are based on the location's level. It varies depending on the loot chest.
