    That is supposed to be "invisible lighting", as End Portals cannot be seen from the bottom. This has been discovered before, it's probably a hole that the builders forgot to fix.

    I have found that and it threw me into the nether. There is also one in the lost canyom

    No, the end portal throws you into the nether pvp server for some off reason

    End portals give off a good amount of light, but they are invisible from the bottom. So we put them high up or hidden so you cant see them, but still get a good lighting. This one was a bit more out in the open..
