Ayyy Kicked For Flying? Endless!

Ayyy so this is how I started
I fast travelled to cinfras from detlas then I jumped off towards down of big ship and used tp(mage skillz)
THEN! I got kicked for flying so I reconnected and you know what? Because I have so much "lag", I keep getting kicked for flying or time out I can't even choose class because I have toggle autojoin. HALP ME. At least I can play in nether...

This happens a lot if you try 'teleport gliding', because to the server, it looks like flying.

Probably shouldn't have fly hacked then.

I'm kidding, there are ways around this, I think, so first off try /kill that should cause you to respawn and reset your y axis. You can also try asking a mod beforehand so they can tp you to the ground. You can also try tping again. Unless it is endless try reselecting the class over and over again, you have to turn off auto join. That is all I can think of that might be able to fix it but yeah.
