Buying Precision Bow (or Other High Power Neutral Bow)

So I just died and lost my lv 32 precision bow due to dropping it then dying by olux. I know it sounds crazy there's a 20lv difference but I'm going for a pure attack build and I did around 300 damage per hit and over 400 on crits. The bow did 160-180 neutral damage and had +11% melee damage and +6% exploding it was a very slow bow. If some one could get me a bow like that or better (as high neutral damage as you can get) I would really like to buy it since I'm back down to a bow I bought in Nessak that does 62-80 damage (around 90-120 with my boosts) and sucks.
