How is a Skill Reset Scroll "very rare"? You can buy it from a merchant.

Also, include dmg, lv, ids, etc.

For the scroll you must complete a very hard quest to get permission to the special merchant. Plus the scroll cost 1 LE.

I'm adding the Photos right now, and the bidding price needs to be aproved by me. That is unfair that someone can just bid on everything and other people do not have a chance. So, I only count realistic bids.
