I have a Lv. 74 warrior that cannot beat 90% of the bosses I am put up against alone. This might be because warrior sucks or its that I am not using a very good build.

    My Build currently:
    Strength: 65
    Dexterity: 25
    Intelligence: 25
    Defense: 40
    Agility: 25

These are approximations of my skill points with my equipment on, and I would like to keep my current equipment on. I need a new build to help me out.

    I'm not a warrior, but:
    1. It isn't a good idea to spread your skill points over all five skill points unless you are using some pretty good equipment (e.g. Freedom because it is a decent all rounder mythic)
    2. Don't base your skill points on items you find. The reason for this is that you could choose a set of items which don't work well together.
Now lets look at warrior's strengths:
    - Tankiness
    - Damage
It seems that your points are already fairly based towards these skill points, so it shouldn't be difficult to switch your current items for items based around defence and strength, which pretty much are tankiness and damage.
So basically, look for ids in items like:
1: Melee damage (percentage is preferable but if you can find a lot of melee damage, that will be useful).
2: Health (makes you harder to kill).
3: Health regen (also makes you harder to kill, allows you to heal quickly without potions, helpful with high health, raw is better unless you already have lots of raw).
4: Elements based around the elemental damage of your weapon (if it has elemental damage).

I haven't really seen/looked at tanky and damage based items around your level, except those tanky fire leggings you get from From the Mountains quest, mainly because I'm not using a tanky build. But tanky builds definitely work for warrior.

But there are several non-build related things which help too:
1: You say that you are having problems fighting bosses alone. Well, the best way to fight these bosses (and I know the ones you mean: Bob, likely Amadel too) is to fight them with other people. Especially with the op health regen these bosses have.
    2. Because I'm guessing these bosses are a problem, it would be best to have more than one weapon: one to fit the strength-defence build and one for high neutral damage. Of course, the best non-mythic neutral damage weapons are Bob's Mythic, but there are plenty of other weapons with neutral damage.

So should I reset my skill points to take from intelligence, dexterity, and agility and put it into strength and defense or should I just keep it how it is but only upgrade strength and defense?

I've found that you should aim for 100 strength and 100 defense (prioritize defense)
