Chest Bug

Every time i try to open a chest, it won't let me open it and it just says, "you don't have permission for this area" so i cant open it , and also when I right click a wall or the floor thing it says the same thing, what do I do? It's very frustrating because I can't open any tier 4 chests for loot

 

Open it while you hold something other than your weapon.

to farther explain what @XavierEXE said your weapon is actually a block in game so when you click things with it you are trying to place them and the game wont let you, this can be easily resolved by using anything but your weapon.

 

Some weapons are blocks, some aren't. Those that are, as Yuno said, won't work. Those that aren't blocks, work. It's just a side effect of the resource pack. Switch weapons, switch whatever you are holding in your hand. One thing or another will work.
