Anyone know best assassin endgame build? Really need :)

Weathered is lvl 96*

My build is:
Blue mask (Needs above 15 int, agi and dex)
Soul Signal (300 spell)
Saggitarius with decent walk speed
Memento with 4/4s mana regen and 100+ spell

Full jester set, 2/4s concentration ring.

Max out your agi skill points, have at least 60% int, and put the rest in dex.

I do 9-12k multihits that only cost 4 mana, 6/4s mana regen, 45% walk speed and 9.2k health.
