Buying Return To Ether, Stratus, Soul Signal, Leggings Of Desolation, And Undefined

I could afford up to like 25 on one, I only have 56 le left and need to get a good boot, ring, helmet, and leggings

For boots, there's another one that's in mana builds called Memento for level 92 (50 Intelligence requirement), and it has 4/4 mana regen, 130+ raw spell damage (not sure what the max is), and extra xp bonus and spell damage percentage beyond that. Leggings I would go for crystal I guess, although it's kinda low leveled (level 69), but it gives extra int, mana regen (3/4), and has a really high reflection. I would also go for the jester set for accessories, the full set gives 300 extra raw spell damage. However, the jester set also has stat to each individual stat, mana steal on the necklace, poison on the bracelet, and lifesteal on the ring(s). They also give loot bonus and xp bonus if used correctly, because they gives up to 33 xp and loot on each but also have a negative set bonus of -25xp and 25loot for 1/3 of the set, -50 xp and -50 loot for 2/3 of the set, and -70 xp and -70 loot for 3/3 of the set. The 2nd ring won't affect this though, so a second ring would counterbalance a bad jester set.
