    Do i need to be in certain locations? Or can it come from any mob? Could you tell me which mob levels / place may be the best place to grind for one?

    No, I don't believe that he did. Maybe he did, but I can't find a record of it. This issue of Wynn News has a screen cap of him saying what the odds are, and it is 0.0007%.

    Any mobs around lvl 90 cuz thats the lvl of most mythics

    No-life grind mobs is how you get them. You could grind at ToL for level 60 Mythics and at Freezing heights for level 90 mythics. Not tha these are specific locations, but these two locations got me a mythic.
