I'm considering it but how do we know ill get my LE back? (Any way or something to wager/to hand so that you'll actually pay back)
I'm sorry if this offends you but these types of things are a bit risky so...

maybe you should do a IOU letter and sign your name, or give him the password of your Minecraft account and when he doesn't pay back just take his account. when he gives back the money he can just change the password.

Now isn't that a *bit* too risky / dangerous the other way round?

He could simply give an item(s) in equal value to 15 LE.
Then you swap back when he has the money.

If either party decides not to swap back, at least you both have 15 LE worth in the end.

"I'll pay back as soon as I sell one of my 2 chestnuts"
I'm not sure if you are expecting to get 2 chestnuts from 15 LE or not....
May be a bit risky to be going around asking players for loans.
