    Get leather from cows at Katoa ranch.
    Get rotten flesh from any zombies (the best spots are near Ragni or in Herb cave).
    Get the powders from claiming the relics of those powders.

    Powders are currently disabled, I just hit Temple of the Legends and can't complete because of this ;-;

    No?...... Just because they're disabled doesn't mean you can't use them in the quest.....

    What I mean is, unless you already have them, they're unobtainable and therefore cannot complete the quest.
