    0/40's are 70-80 LE. Even so, rarely ever 70 LE
    You wont be finding any white horse for cheaper. Sorry~

    the reason why the prices are so high is because through the gavel quests you earn so much money plus the masses of emeralds you earn in the frozen highs

    that's no the reason. back when vip town was a thing you could buy blacks horses for 1 le, that made whites worth around a stack of le, the price has been rising slowly since the town was removed.

    that might be the average breeding price but the market price is lower for the reason stated above

    yes Yuno i know that back in days of the vip town you could buy black horses for 64eb but after this whites still got sold for 64le-80le now though the inflation caused through gavel the price range is 80-120 le
