Lost Relic

I had a bow relic from the ender crystal, but i lost it (full inventory). Is there a way to recover it? Because the way it looks the shrine is gone from when i barely entered where it was supposed to be before i died.

Go back to it in around a few hours or so to wait for it to respawn, maybe? This is just a guess so don't take my word for it. Next time, try to be a bit more careful regarding inventory space, yeah? A lot of people are very mindless with their inv space.

Just fyi hidden relics (armor/weapons) take 8 hours to respawn while normal relics take 4.
