Moveable Ranks?

Hey, I didn't know where to post this but, I want to move my VIP rank to another account.
As you see, this account is kinda "abandoned", but luckily I remember the password for this website account.
I would really love to move my VIP rank to an Minecraft account called Noxio. Btw, I do not play on this account anymore, the reason is that I got scammed and lost my Deidei1s account, so I bought an new account called Noxio.
