    I've seen this glitch quite often lately. Often when Double XP/Loot Bombs are thrown, the boss bar displaying the remaining time will disappear when I leave my immediate area. Once the bomb runs out, a generic vanilla wither bar appears and stays until another bomb is thrown or until I switch servers.
