    Hey i have a Problem with my skill Points i can't lvl my dex higher than 64 ... but some weapons Need 100 skill Points

    i just put my 2 skill Points on dex but they just vanished without lvling the skill up

    Yes, since the display can't go over 64 (max-stack.) it will still increase, and if you hover over it you see the real-amount
