SPOILER Greaves Of Honor/an Iron Heart

I just finished the Quest An Iron Heart II and i accidentally chose to take the bribe. (I accidentally right clicked the npc) I just wanted to know the difference between the Greaves of Honor and the Greaves of Shame, as well as what happens differently when you report him instead of taking the bribe.
