I believe this is how it goes:

    Wearing 1 piece of jester:
    All the Identifications

    Set Bonus:
    -25% exp bonus
    -25% loot bonus

    Wearing 2 piece jester:
    All the identifications combined

    Set Bonus:
    -40% exp bonus
    -40% loot bonus
    -60 Spell damage (?)
    (Some other things)

    Wearing 3 piece Jester:
    All the identifications combined

    Set bonus:
    -70% exp bonus
    -70% loot bonus
    +200 Spell damage (?)
    (Some other things)

The whole point of Jester is for the 3 set spell damage bonus at the cost of loot and exp (And some other minor things)

yup, one piece set being -25%, so with max xp/loot (33%) the max is 8%-41%, 2 set being -40% you have a set bonus of 26%-59% and finally, with the 3 item set being - 70%, you can have 29%-62%. you may be wondering, what is with the min and max, how did i get 2 numbers? well, with the sets, 2 rings count as 1 item in the set. so the lower number is 1 or no ring, the second being 2 rings. so yeah, 62% is quite nice , but it needs a 33% on every item. I did the maths for this on another thread for the same question. The set bonus is just to stop someone cherry picking accessories for dat max loot, its either all jester or go home, the rest are just for variety. want 200 melee damage, +400HP at the cost of 10% move speed? (2) or 300 magic damage, 5% move speed at the cost of 40 melee damage and -100HP (Covered by the 150HP on the amulet) (3)?
