Random Question Time: What Is Your Favorite Cheese?

I prefer swiss cheese, how about anyone else?

 

Currently favor:
"Kingdom" aged English Cheddar (bit less tangy than Dubliner or Colliers Welsh)
And
"Corazon Rhonda" (a mild, hard goat cheese with cheddar-like crumbliness).

 

Beamster is good cheese.
Cheddar is fine too.

 

Mmmm. I like Dubliner also.

 

This is how I feel about cheese in general

 

No idea, most cheeses taste the same to me.
I do not have very refined tastes.

 

If you have a Trader Joes (west coast USA) grocery store, you can find very affordable cheese wedges from around the world. Just sample them when you can. The taste is about the same but there are subtleties in texture and tanginess or sweetness.

 

Mozzarella.
If you don't like it, go to Italy and try it. Because when I went to Italy, it tasted really good.

 

Smoked gouda. And F*ck Swiss

 

MTT brand cheese.

 

Fresh mozarella, is really yummy and is softer than mozarella sticks. I love the kind that is marinated in herbs/olive oil as well, i believe Trader Joes sells them imported from Italy.
