    Little did I know, now you have to have a certain amount of points in a skill to use certain items, I have put all of my points into strength and I am now limited to use only certain items. I wanted to know if I could possibly have a skill reset, Over course if possible. Thank you for your time.

    There's a quest called tower of amnesia that lets you buy a skill point reset scroll for 1 le so do that quest
