Corruption Of Wynn! (wynn Themed Mafia/werewolf) (game Has Ended!)

Welcome to Corruption of Wynn! This game is inspired by games like the Mafia and Werewolf card games, and Town of Salem. Let's jump right in shall we? Please read all the spoilers!

Spoiler: How it works

Here's a quick run down of how the game will work. To begin, everyone is given a role, in Corruption of Wynn, there are 6 roles which will be covered later. The game has a day and night system. Each one last 24 hours or until all decisions have been made. So, if someone is sent to trial, and a decision is reached, it goes to night. The same is for night, once the all major roles have told me what they want done, it will become day. The reason the cycle is so long is so that everyone, not matter what time zone, can participate. But if 24 hours pass and you do nothing, you will be skipped over.

During the day, those who are dead will be announced by the moderator (me), and everyone can talk on this thread about what may or may not have happened the previous night. From here, you can put people other players on trial if they are suspected of doing something the night before! If the trial is successful, the player is eliminated from the game, and their role revealed

During the night, everyone with important roles will go to their private messages, and either converse with each other, or with me to decide and tell me what they want to do.

Spoiler: Roles and their abilities

In Corruption of Wynn, there are 6 roles. Most of them will be limited to 1-3 people with the same role. Roles will be assigned randomly by me, and private conversation will be established for the major roles. You may reveal your role at anytime if wanted. But keep in mind that no one has to trust you.
Civilian(1-10): What everyone is trying to appear as. This will be the most common role
Bovanist Preacher (1+) can protect anyone they want at night. This stops anything from happening to them, but doesn't stop them doing anything.
Adventurer (1+) has the ability to kill those they think are corrupted. Can kill one player per night
Quest giver (1+) can see a players role by asking the moderator, and reveal the role if wanted.
Corrupted (2+) can kill any player at night.
Infector (1+) working with the corrupted, can get a player out of the morning trial, not allowing them to vote. The infected is cured by the next morning.

Spoiler: The goal

There are two sides to this game,
Group 1: the "good guys"(civilian, Bovanist Preacher, Adventurer, and quest giver) have the goal of staying alive, and killing the corrupted. Once all corrupted are dead, Group 1 wins!

Group 2: the "bad guys" (corrupted and Infector) have the task of blending in with Group 1, and to out number Group 1. Once Group 2 out numbers Group 1, Group 2 wins!

That's about it! If you are interested in playing, post here! Once around 10 people have submitted, the games can begin, though more may apply before. Once the game is started, you can only sign up for the next, not jump into the current one. If you have any questions, feel free to ask at anytime by posting here, or sending me a private message! If I missed anything, please do the same and I will fix it! I would highly suggest checking out the Werewolf card game rules, and this runs of nearly the exact same thing.

UPDATE: Trial poll has been added! Up there you choose if the defendant is guilty, and will thus be eliminated from the game, or innocent, and will be spared. Once night begins (every other day) please reset your vote by choosing the third option to avoid confusion.

Quick note: if I am unable to moderate a trial one day, you guys can do it yourself. You need someone to accuse, the accused to submit their defense, and then a vote. From there, it goes to night, I get what you guys want to do. Rinse and repeat.

It is based off of an existing card game, which also has an online version. But this, by my knowledge, is the first time it's been played in text form on the forums. And I will gladly add you to the list!

I have notified everyone of their roles, and set up a private conversation with each player.

It's a nice sunny day, the waves are gently hitting the shore, and not a bird in the sky. But not is all as it seems! Word recently came from Nemract that creatures of the corruption have been seen in the area, and even worse, they seem to be able to disguise themselves in order to blend in! Everyone is on edge this beautiful day. What can only be described as a witch hunt has been established to find these creatures of corruption, and kill them before they can harm anyone.
