SPOILER Relic Not Appearing In Inventory (possibly Spoiler On Location)

So I found Blue Powder V relic but it didn't show up in my inventory, may I mention I don't know what the item's meant to look like

Powders are currently not available, since they are going to be updated soon!
Since you know the location know, you should keep it in mind / write it down and return once the system is updated!

 

the powder update isn't out yet so you cant get the powders, the only relics that work are the old ones.

 

Ah, okay, thank you, but I've already found the shrine and used it, I shouldn't be able to get another relic out of it, right?

Shrines can be used multiple times. There is a cooldown which I don't know, but you are able to get the same relic again.

 

Wait, for real, thank goodness! I hate having limited power ups! Thank you for telling me!

 

I believe the cool down is either 4 or 8 hours

8 for hidden relics and 4 for the powders/emeralds
