A Secret In Llevigar

When I was in llevigar I was going to maro peak for a certain item , when I was going to the front of llevigar some of the world was loading and when I hit the ground (the chunk didn't fully load at the time and I saw a command block surrounded by signs) it was in the middle of the 4 gardens (I don't have a screenshot to prove this but im pretty sure I saw what I saw) I honestly am confused why it was there , after the chunk was loaded then the ground I was standing on loaded then I came here to talk about it (this was on WC 4) (Note my computer is not the best and it doesn't load chuncks from time to time :/ )

 

Commandblocks are hidden all over Wynn, to activate teleports / puzzles / etc. ;
You might have seen the mechanism to activate the block, which is pushed away in the "Heart of Llevigar" quest!
