Dps/damge Dealing Class?

Hello, I am thinking of starting a new character and can decide which class to pick.I like going for DPS and Damage Dealing classes so which of the 4 should I pick and why?

Assassin would be the best one for this job. Just do either a Agility and Dexterity main build, or an agility, and Intelligence main build.

Go mage, because it's just straight up op. If you want to be a power house with high dps and everything, and I mean everything. Go with mage.

 

assassin is good but use too much mana, one multi hit waste 10 mana... I mean u can still pick assassin if u are plaining to use mana regen armor and go intelligence.

You shouldn't go for a class just because it's op... you should go for a class that suites your play style, then challenge yourself with the ones that aren't op, and you aren't comfortable with, then do the OP ones last... I find it kind of bland that all you see now a days is mainly mages... it gets boring.
Plus, assassin is actually the better one for DPS, considering the sheer amount of High attack speed weapons there are for assassin.

 

Mage with high dexterity/agility has pretty high DPS especially since it attacks all mobs within range at once.

 

Then he should challenge himself, he shouldn't just go for a class that's op, a.k.a mage, if he's done the game once with a class he's comfortable with, then why not challenge himself?

But so does assassin, even if its mana is low, so what? I've been able to play it just fine... I haven't been playing much lately, because there is such little diversity in the classes lately... I just don't like it at all...

 

I find assassins lacking in a lot of things, and it's dps is average.

 

But assassin is just as good, sure the mana is a bit low, but the spells aren't what he says he wants, he wants dps, he never truly specified anything about spells, or am I wrong?

Anyways, I'm not going to argue, I've grown a bit bored of seeing a lack of the diversity off classes, and I wish people wouldn't just swarm around the most op class just because it's op, it's just kind of mindless, ad mind numbing, and it made me lose all enthusiasm over mage. But, in the end, it's whatever he wants.

It's supposed to do high dps, it's a ninja/assassin, it has a better dps than mage, as it can hit way faster than mage can usually. Anyways, as I said, I'm not going to argue over this. Just forget it, a let him join the swarm I guess.

 

I could give you a long list of reasons why assassins are too flawed, and mages are too powerful. But I've discussed them enough, and you're getting off topic. Tbh I don't care anymore. Wynn devs do what ever the fuck they want to do.

 

do mage if you are purely looking for damage dealing, mage spell spamming does absurd damage

but if you like to be combat-like then do assassin, is is hard to play and hard to achieve high damage but cant disagree that it is indeed very fun and @CuddleDragonHoke is right here, you dont play a game just to rekt faces you play it because you want to enjoy it

i would scream with you if i am the one month before me but now i just wanna say that: why do you care if it is op or up you just play it because you liked it and enjoyed it! what is the purpose of gaming if you dont enjoy it?

 

I agree, Mage is OPAF, but I never really liked it's playstyle. Its much to slow, if you want high dps go for an Az archer build(thunder) or an alkatraz warrior build(earth), both of these will deal insane amounts of damage to even elemental defense mobs if you do it right, I would choose archer because archer has speed. Also assassin is another viable option if you know how to play it right, just make sure you have some sort of intel or else you will cry.

 

I would have to say a Thunder/Water Archer. Archer is basically your dps/damage class and with some Thunder for fast attacks and Water for spells, you'll be set as far as dealing damage. However, Archers have a natural 60% defense, making them very easy to kill in the early levels if you are not careful enough.

 

Dps= damage per second he wants lots of dmg AFAP soo.. lol so ill think that he means can spam spell fast or something, I'm not sayin your wrong that he shouldn't pick assassin, Also assassin don't have lot of sustain.

 

Damage per second, just means if you can spam attacking, how much damage per click you do.
So, thus.
My Rewind is Super Fast attack speed, and it doesn't do a lot of damage in one hit, but per second, it can potentially do over 500 - 700 or so damage, if you go fast enough.
