Selling Legendary Lvl 9 Dagger For Beginners (auction)

Hi guys, found a legendary dagger while questing. Unfortunately I'm to high lvl to use it.

The dagger is called Dislocater.
22-31 neutral damage (sidenote: my lvl 18 dagger does 22 max damage)
Lv. Min: 9

+6 strength
+4% Thorns
+12% melee damage
-10% spell damage

 

You're never too high to use something, especially when it beats the max stats of something above it.
