Media Creating An Endgame Build For Mage

It's extremely similar to almost every Mage build tbh. There's certain items that are just so good for Mage they can't be passed up

 

It is based on intelligence and spell damage and yes I agree, there are those items. Most Mage builds use these items (I use a couple).

 

Pretty cool. My main way of boosting spell dmg is to up my attack speed. Mummy's rag and breezehands work great too. With just the rag (+2atk speed) I can do ~8k elemental dmg with pure and 6k neutral with bobs mythic.

 

I wanted to use clock boots for that, but it does -40% spell damage and they nerfed it to +1 attack speed. I tried to base this off of water elemental damage and high spell damage buffs.

 

My endgame goes as follows:

Third Eye

Memento
Weapons:
Lament + Lunar Spine
Also keep a Bob's and Ethreal at hand
Accessories:
Royal Stormy Amulet
Raging Wind
Squid Anklet
Ring of Generosity

 

Hmm, interesting choices with the accessories (except stormy amulet - i used it too)
What kind of damage do you do?

 

With a meteor I can range around the 5k-7k-ish. However, the focal point of this build is the fact I have a 24/4s mana regen. I also have a 26% walk speed, which can let me back-peddle most mobs with ease.

 

pretty good. damage is ok, other stuff is decent

 

My stuff is far from max ID's, I hope to get better ones once I get more money.
