Note: I was hesitant to make this thread at all at first, but I have spent so much time on trying to get past this parkour, its driving me insane. It was also a bit of a struggle trying not to sound like a whining brat in this XD

Ok so, in the quest, "Aldorie's secret part 2", there is a room in the Sol Embassy's dungeon that contains an odd form of parkour. You first step on a pressure plate, and blocks appear in the air for a limited amount of time, but enough to jump to the next one... or at least for people who can do parkour. As you could guess, I am not one of those people. Over the past 2 days I have spent near to an hour and a half in total trying to get across, and have seen at least 3 people end up doing /kill to get it over with.
I was wondering if there is some tactic or technique that is required to get across the gap? The signs say to follow the snake and its winding path. Is it like in "Heart of Llevigar" where you follow the lightning on the ceiling to get to the generator?
I even took some breaks while writing this just to see if I could beat it so I could just delete this and not post it.
I am aware I suck at parkour, just let me know if im just simply doing it wrong or not. (That last line made more sense in my head.)

To be honest, I had the same problems. Mine involved my computer being laggy, so I just managed to escape across with Archer, and charge onto leaves for warrior. Not sure about mage, but I'm certain that one's easy.
However, if you do use assassin, this parkour is hell.

I just took forever, while raging in a Skype call while my friends were playing Dota 2.
Btw, the snake the sign mentions is the parkour.

all we can do is to offer some tips, switch your sprint button to capslock and capslock it when u do the jumps, that will make every jump and sprint jump
also if you're doing it on a warrior, just use charge spell when you're near!!
    Hope this helps:)

For some strange reason, it occurs to me, that if someone was not familiar with this, that they may actually fall for it. Now, a lot of people, with little regard for anyone who has less understanding about systems than they do, think that it is funny to make such a suggestion without putting a caveat on it. Then there is the other side of this view, that giving someone "advice" of the nature that you gave, is both cruel and mean, and therefore, unwarranted and unwanted. Personally, I am of that camp, and I believe that a lot of other people here are of the same point of view. If, however, you had placed parentheses around your so-called advice, it could have been easily construed as a joke. As you did not do so, someone may take your advice as being honest advice, and may destroy their operating system. You would be of the belief that doing so is funny. I would be of the belief that their innocently following your destructive advice was not funny, whatsoever. Please take the advice of myself, someone who has been here longer then you have, and understand that this is an inclusive community, and do not make such "jokes", lest someone takes your "advice". Look at it this way, if someone were to send you an email, someone that you knew quite well, with a package of 10 - 20 brand new, rapidly morphing viruses, one which your anti-virus software had no defense for, and it destroyed all of the data on your hard drive, including that just-finished major project in one of your classes, and possibly also worked it's way through your network, destroying the data on your parents computers, would you think that it was still funny? No? Why not? Don't you think that it would be funny for your parents to be completely freaked out over losing the data on their computers? Wouldn't that just be a scream, just before they figured out that it was YOU that caused it to happen? Then please don't suggest to anyone that they do something to their computer that would have the same effect.

The best way to do this is to stay 1 block behind the block that appears, so you're in the middle of the appear - disappear cycle. I'd advise letting the parkour run its course and watch where each block appears to get to grips with it, then try to speed run the parkour.

Somehow I feel as if we don't deserve Moe on these forums.
