Buying Depressing Shears/spear

Hey I am buying a Depressing Spear/Shears for Bob's Lost Soul (I already have stick and bow). If someone could please sell me one that'd be great.

(P.S. does having loot bonus really have negative effects on getting depressing items?)

True. I do sell them, plus I need to clear some bank space, when can we meet?

as far as I know, the lower your level, the higher the probability you'll get it. So if you wanna get it yourself, create a new account and find it.
(If you have a guild, do /guild xp 100 so you stay at level 1)
