Another Endgame Archer

Okay, so this is my third archer build
AND I HOPE TO GOD I CAN ACTUALLY KEEP IT
(if you dont know, both of my builds had to be scrapped due to one the item guide sucking, and 2 because both core items got nerfed -.-

So this is my attack speed archer

So this should be able to spam arrow storm with that one mana steal and things should MELT with the +4 attack speed and the damage

Remember though, this is untested ENJOY

 

Return to Ether(with attack speed tier 2)
= Super fast

....huh??

 

Speed caps at Super Fast, you know that, right? Super Slow < Very Slow < Slow < Normal < Fast < Very Fast < Super Fast. Return to Ether has Super Fast, so only +1 Attack Speed on anything is enough to reach max. So don't go all ham trying to get +14 attack speed or whatever, because it won't mean anything.

Edit: I got Super and Very mixed up. Now fixed.

 

Even though it caps out at super, does adding higher tier attack onto that still affect damage?

 

God I hope so -.-

 

Imagine an attack speed build with everything buffing attack speed.

*50 arrows shoot out from one click*
Other Classes: HOLY FU-

 

Attack speed doesn't buff archer arrows though :(

 

This needs to change!
