Wynncraft Server Not Working?

    So, basically i've been playing wynncraft for years, but I quit a few months ago and came back very recently. When trying to log on under 'play.wynncraft.com' I was alerted that wynncraft is an 'outdated server'? Could anyone please explain what this means and how I should go about fixing it?

    you change version by going to the edit profile thing on the launcher and selecting a lower version
