Buying Shouts

So a lot of you may be saying this isn't possible, and I know. But, I was wondering if I could pay someone some emeralds (Name a reasonable price) for a global shout, as I need lots of help with the quest Tower of Ascension. Please tell me if you're willing to do this :) (I'm currently on Floor 7 level 8, and I NEED help as I'm only lvl 63. Level80+ Mage and Archer preferred) (Also, idk if this is allowed, so pls don't ban me if it's not, and just give me a warning and delete the thread) Thanks!
