Selling Depressing Spear And Buying Something Else

I will be selling a depressing spear now, and I'm not very good at prices, so 20 EB for that? (Or less)

Also, I will be buying a wand with the following conditions:
- Lvl 25 or +
- Any rarity above normal, as long as it is not too expensive
- Normal / Fast speed (If not, still ok)
- Not too expensive, between 3-6 eb

I will be also buying junk, which includes
- Rotten Flesh
- Bone Meal
- String

1 emerald for 2
3 emeralds for 7
5 emeralds for 12
10 emeralds for 23
Prices will be added (for the junk) if nobody sells it for a long time.
