Undertale - Should I Do Genocide Route Or Not?

Hey, I was just wondering if I should do a genocide run on Undertale? Cos' I heard it alters your game, but I also want to fight Sans.

 

Beat Sans then restart.

 

Even after a True Reset, the game is altered.

 

I mean do not continue after sans, just restart when you beat him.

make sure to backup your save file first
and after you beat sans
if you do not want your game to be permanently altered
do not continue onwards

 

Do it.

Kill them all. Don't stop at Sans, make sure nothing lives in the underground.

KILL EVERY LAST MONSTER!

Trust me, fighting sans is the worst mistake ever. but if you want to do it, make sure you have done pacifist first. If you do pacifist after genocide, the ending is... tainted.
