Ummm. This wand isn't very desired as it requires both high agility and high dexterity, which most mages don't want. I've had 5 of these, and only managed to sell 1... for 1 LE, and its stats were much higher. At MOST you can get for this is probably the 1LE and 16 EB. The buyout is crazy, as unlike other items around lv 64 that CAN be worth 20 LE, it doesn't have any extremely desired ID's, such as loot bonus or xp bonus. Also, if you are making an auction, I would suggest putting an end date as well.
