    Yeah I think Loot Bonus over 100% is bugged.

    I farm for two hours with 109% Loot Bonus and I don't get any Legendaries or Rares.
    I farm for twenty minutes with 4% Loot Bonus and I get a Legendary and a bunch of Rares.

    From what I've heard, Loot Bonus only increases your chances of getting an item from mobs, it doesn't affect the tier of dropped items.
