I have 3 un identified return to ethers, 3.5le a piece.

 

are you positive they are return to ethers?

 

The only bow lvl 88-92 is return to ether lol, the bow before is spiritshock and the one after is gales. It's not like armor where theres 2 or more sometimes.

I have a pretty good id'd leggings of desolation, though the only things I can remember off the top of my head are 25% spell damage buff, 30 poison, and 170 lifesteal.
Also, are you going for a mana regen spell damage build?

 

just fyi, i got REALLY GOOD id's on the 3rd one

crystal is good pants for mana regen
fairly sure its the best
also memento is good mana build boots, gives 4/4 mana regen at max and 100+ raw spell damage and some percentage of spell damage besides that
its level 92 boots

 

it goes up to 4/4 right? also is there any good mana regen helmets?

 

crystal goes to 3/4
helmet, i would go for third eye, but that's really demanded right now so it might be a littl ehard to get it, and it goes to 4/4

ooh that sounds good, and how much on average is 3rd eye, also any other perks on 3rd eye since its high i demand?

 

There's extra intelligence, the max of which is 11, and there's more raw spell damage, going up to 130ish, with multiple other perks besides. No negatives, all positives, its overall a really good item for mana builds.
Really good ones have gone up to 50ish LE before, I've seen some pretty good ones for 15-35 LE (pretty big range).
